H.pylori could be BIG part of your problem. It can mess your HPA axis big time and can give a lot of psychiatric symptoms especially if it runs in the familly by some gene defects or if its a chronic infection.

I've been told FOR YEARS by doctors to chill out cause everybody has it. And put on anxiolitic drugs - luckily I knew what they could do and did not take them.

Not 100% sure but if you have long lasting H.pylori - theres a big chance you have also SIBO and parasites. Not totally sure but big chance. That means more problems in the gut.
parasites testing should be repetead and try finding a better lab. National System labs are usually useless.

I would search first for the mess Hpylori can do in a susceptible body.
