You really need to find out what is the problem in the gut in regards to the infection. This is generally the source of the issue. Then the adrenals will stop being exhausted and the hormonal system will rebalance.

The gastro tract can harbor a number of infections including parasites, yeast/fungal, rogue bacteria and viruses. I would suspect parasites but testing is murky. ParaWellness probably offers the best chance for identification of parasites.

In general terms, ginsengs tend to be stimulating which is not a good idea with adrenal exhaustion, however Siberian Ginseng does not have this property, in fact it can be helpful in detoxification (which is a major issue with these conditions which further burden the adrenals).
