Thank you for your thoughtful response. I have had my genes tested and I looked at the APOE gene mutation you mentioned and it's good (green) but I do have other gene mutations that can be worrisome. I am heterozygous on MTHFR.

I have had parasite issues and have been cleansing and taking minerals for a couple of years now. I have wondered about the hypoglycemia as well. Gallbladder issues have come to mind but I don't have upper right pain so not sure. SIBO is more than definitely a possibility but I don't know how to fix it. I have these gas issues but more than just (burping or farting). It feels like it fills my whole body up and I can only release it with baking soda water or cayenne and then it calms down.

I also wonder if there are toxins in my blood from leaky gut or gallbladder. Lyme disease could be a possibilty too. I am starting to have this wierd tenseness in my neck sometimes (that is a new symptom). I had blood work done and it was pretty good. I sound like a hypochondriac and maybe I am but I don't really know what to do next. Let me know about your test results when you get them. I am curious about anyone who has similar symptoms because it's really freaky. :)
