I know I have them but I can't handle doing a cleanse because I'm so weak and malnourished from not being able to take my acid supplements, I'll end up passing out at work if I do...I just need my stomach lining to heal so I can tolerate them, otherwise I'll just keep picking up more parasites from not having the acid barrier
