I have done two cleanses for parasites and have not yet done a Liver Flush or cleanse. I am very much a slow and steady wins the race type of personality and have been hesitant to do the 24 hour Liver flush. Is there anyone here who has positive experiences/outcome with just doing a slow Liver Cleanse VS the flush?
