Yes, those were excellent suggestions! I would also look into a simple Colon Cleanse routine and a parasite cleanse. Keep it simple. The colon cleanse- just buy Psyllium husk powder (lemon flavored)and Bentonite Clay (it's a liquid)at health store. Mix one tablespoon of each in glass of pure water and drink 3 times a day for a week. It woun't really mix well, dont worry just drink it and the little globs floating on top :) After a week, awesome stuff will be flushed out. Do for 3 weeks. rest for 3. Do this maybe 5 times, then twice a year. Buy a parasite cleanse or Paragone and follow instructions. I only saw a few things but it helped. Do twice a year. Good luck.
