Biggest difficulty is usually parasites lead to candida and even sometime Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) where your digestion is bad. I have struggled but hope to know soon as Diagnos Tech GI Test Kit should be back to my doctor now. Maybe another week though.
I am not going to do Antibiotics this time if I can help it. I am going to use highly concentrated pure oils.
