This looks like a worm to me. I've passed similar looking creatures while parasite cleansing. Caprylic acid is effective at killing parasites, as well as candida. I am no expert in parasite identification so I could only speculate on what kind. You can browse through the parasite Image Gallery if you want to try to identify it.
