Alright. I have elevated ALT and AST liver enzymes. I had a HIDA scan done and my gallbladder ejection rate was 46%. I also had an ultrasound done and no stones were found. However, I want to do a parasite cleanse and then the liver/gallbladder flush. I believe that his will clean out my liver which will allow my enzymes to come down. Also, I'm guessing that I do have stones in my liver and/or gallbladder even though they didn't show up.

1). I am going to take 4000mg Co-enzyme Q10 per day for 5 days straight.

2). I will also be taking 500mg L-cysteine, 2 capsules 3 times a day every day.

3). I will also be taking Ozonated Olive-Oil 1/2 tbs. morning and night.

4). Additionally, I will be consuming 1/2 tsp. of baking soda at bedtime.

5). On the sixth day (I will continue with the above protocol) I will be drinking a mixture of 10ml of Super Phos 30 in one quart of natural apple juice.

6). I will do the same on day 7, day 8, and day 9.

7). On day 10 I won't be doing steps 1,2, 3 or 4.

8). On day 10 in the morning I will be drinking the mixture of 10ml Super Phos 30 in one quart of natural apple juice. After that I will fast all day other than drinking water.

9). About 3-4 hours before bed time I will thoroughly mix the following: one cup of extra virgin olive oil, juice from one lemon, and 8-12 ounces of Soda-Cola (at room temperature). Or I have the choice to substitute the soda cola with lemon-aid, grapefruit juice, or a natural ginger ale, or other natural soda or soda water.

10). I will quickly drink this mixture.

11). After that I will lie down on my right side for 30 minutes while drawing my knees up to my chest.

12.) After 30 minutes I will just relax and go to bed when I get tired. I also plan on drinking some warm peppermint tea until I go to sleep.

I have a question. What is soda-cola? It says that in the instructions of the super phos 30 but I'm not sure what they mean by that. Are they referring to coca-cola?
