Hello,
Were you consuming cod liver oil in the raw form that is through fish? Or as supplements?
Because,even I used to have the same doubt until my doctor recommended cod liver oil supplements to me 3 years ago. She advised me to consume Seacod and ever since I have had them regularly. It has helped me but just consult your doctor if you also want to consume it in order to overcome the side effects, if any.
