Louise Hay is in her early 80s now, she looks stunning and glowing and her personality is warm and gentle. She has helped so many people live a better lives including me. I admit that some of what she says may not seem like absolute truths (more like interesting metaphors) but I still find that when I take her advise, I only benefit. My biggest problem with trying to heal from parasites has been that I get so sick from the herbs and supplements that I can't function in daily life. I try to do everything properly like all the "experts" say but I can't deal with the constant die off and never seeming to get better - so I started meditating and doing affirmations and this is the only relief I get now and I seem to get better every time I stick with positive thinking and a meditation routine. I can't wait for Science to validate Louise Hay, I just trust that it can't hurt me to think positive. I just do what works for me and everyone is different and could do what works for them :)
