Hi, I am a 22 year old 6'1 male. Due to a parasite infection I used to be very underweight (down to 120 lbs) and my adrenals were entirely depleted, but after I started using humaworm I began gaining weight rapidly and most of my stomach pains/cramps went away. I gained 50 lbs in a year and now I am a steady 175 lbs. However, I still have a VERY bloated stomach 24/7 that feels and looks like a beach ball under my stomach, particularly my lower abdomen.

I had this extreme bloating when I was severely underweight too, and I figured once I gained weight the bloating would redistribute itself. Nope. The only way I don't feel bloated is if I have fasted for 12-16 hours and drank no water at all. Any water at all or any food and I am bloated again.

I can't tolerate nearly any carbs/starches and my diet is primarily high fat (olive oil, avocados, chia seeds), meats, wild caught fish, and leafy green vegetables.

I never used to have this severe bloating until a couple years ago when I lost all the weight. Before that I nearly had a visible six pack. Now I don't have any fat rolls, but just bloating like my stomach is inflated with air or something.

Please help!!!!! I don't know what to do, I can't go without drinking water or eating foods obviously. But my stomach is really becoming an issue, and I'm suspecting it is due to candida or maybe another parasite of some sorts. Or maybe because of my high fat diet? I eat more fat than anyone I know. But I feel better doing it because I can't tolerate carbs as I said.

Anyways if anyone can please give some advice on how to permanently lessen my abdominal distention that would be much appreciated!!! I'm really at a dead end here, and it's at the point where I'm almost embarrassed to take my shirt off; a problem I never thought I would have to face in a million years.
