well maybe we should collaborate...Its very very important we nourish ourselfs properly...all we have to do is avoid feeding them as you were saying. bUt we dont want to focus on cutting back on nutrients..we want to focus on nutrient dense foods...without sugars...starches...etc etc...as for killing them...lets think about this in a bit more depth...what are parasites...what do they represent...what do they do...why did we attract them...perhaps we manifested them to show in imbalance in our entire body...also to mop up the heavy metals...THeir attracted to fermentation...so we must focus on fixing our guts...getting rid of fermentable foods...along with cleaning out our liver/gall bladders...and small intstines...they live in the liver/small intestines...OZONE is fantastic for killing parasites...rectal insufflations is systemic...and kills them very nicely...DO rectal insufflations daily...ozonated oils as well..diatamaceous earth...basically boost the immune system...mega dosing liposmal vitamin C and gluta thione...but we gotta focus on balancing the body...as we balance the body... parasites cant live inside for one second...akalizing the body as well...im def interesting in discussing a strategic methodic well thought out calculated plan...some sort of a guideline...i notice at night cravings for sugars...etc etc are super intense...i can feel how they just control our impulses its incredible how powerful they really are...especially when they know you KNOW. thats the funny thing. there pretty intelligent. THis is like a game, gotta understand your enemy very well.that being said...if there overly active at night.thats when we should hit them with anti parasitics eh? get back to me
