I never said I was open to the idea that I may have been misdiagnosed. But I have never been diagnosed, I never said I went to a Dr. for diagnosis. I just saw some obvious parasites in the toilet on a couple of occasions and I did a self-diagnosis. I believe I had (or have) parasites - but I believe everyone else in the world does, too - just in different quantities, different levels of seriousness.

I didn't get too excited about having parasites, as I don't believe I have a huge quantity or that they are causing any great problem.

Well, no, I don't pay a lot of attention to calories. I just make sure I get enough good quality protein and eat whatever I want. I think I get enough calories. Food isn't everything when it comes to health!
