Carbs are bad for late stage AF, only those who have experience late stage AF understand that, thos that havent feel carbs are perfectly acceptable, which unfortunately they are not. I wont go into the reasons why - but the book explains very well! as does many doctors like Lam, Wilson etc

However of course we need carbs, thats why they have to be balanced well, all explained in the book.and as I have only just started this diet, I am not trying the same thing over and over again.

Probably best for you to read the Schwarbien Principal as to why I am measuring carbs, as that is what the thread is about, not so much a discussion about carbs.
