I discovered the concepts of Herbert Shelton in 2007 and i ate like a vegan for some months, then after some high enemas (the concepts of norman walker) i discovered parasitic worms (i was only doing enemas to "cleanse" and hydrate the colon, i was no aware of parasitic worms). Then i have studied the concepts of Hulda Clark and bob beck and i admit that none of them has the whole truth, there are many factors which can influence the health of the human body, and eating only fruits will definitely not solve all problems.
Lowering the load of worms was what gave me less bloating, more energy, less mental fog and better ability to be in the moment and concentrate.

Stop the vegan propaganda man, look at the last years of Herbert Shelton , he was a plant eater like you, and even if i agree with most of his concepts, parasitic helminths can be a major cause of dis ease and deficiencies.
