I get fresh local beef, they charge less than the monopoly grocery store and they're just grazers. I know the people, and they just graze them all their life. I've done pretty well, and parasites are part of life, just look at your skin under 1000x and see all the critters. How many pounds of bacteria does the body contain ?? Worms? Yes, we all have them, they even infest the banking system. It is part of life. So I disagree that food alone can't work. Food is what we're made to eat, not supplement pills.There are few things you can get in a pill, that you can't get from Nature.
