It doesnt matter how well you try and eat these days. Soilds are depleted and animals are fed crap. Unless you can afford to buy grass fed free range animal meat and guaranteed organic fruits/vegetables you dont have a chance in hell of getting what you need from food alone, not unless you live on some remote island far away from world pollution and the plastics and chemicals we encounter every day in our homes and places of work.

Add on top of that various parasites alter your digestive system and can affect what nutrients make it into your body. This altered absorption alone can cause deficiencies you can not overcome by eating well.
