I have suffered from excessive/chronic gas for about 5 years now. Every minute, several times a minute at it's worst.
The gas is my main concern above everything because it is interfering with my quality of life.

Not sure what it is caused by and this is why I am posting here.
Is it related to Candida?, food sensitivity ?, wheat or gluten sensitivity?, anxiety?, leaky gut?
I have no clue!

I was told once by a doctor that it is possible I could have IBS.

Sometimes I have constipation and sometimes I have diarrhea (not too often though), and sometimes I can pass a bowel movement without a problem.

I also have had Acne throughout school and still some now and then but it might be suppressed by the birth control I have been taking.

I have heard about parasite cleanses, I bought Humaworm tincture, psyllium husks, and Bentonite clay to prepare for a cleanse in a couple weeks.

What about a colon cleanse?
What about Liver Flush?
Kidney flush?
These are all foreign to me but I would appreciate any insight as to what you guys recommend I do.
