I am basically healthy, no illnesses (did take 6 or 7 rounds of Antibiotics and 2 flu vaccinations), except have parasites (everyone has them) and do tire b/c I work long hours (70 hours a week) that would give anyone a feeling of Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome but I actually don't have CFS...After a year of 10 drops of Nascent, on and off, and one month of 100mg to 150mg of Lugol's Iodine and topically applied at times. I have developed fatigue, heart palpitations, heart aches, kidney pains, extremely dry skin, pimples, muscle aches, dizziness, and crankiness...same diet as always...
Maybe some people can't tolerate Iodine and the people that do well on it, shouldn't attack others for opposing opinions and personal observations on Iodine protocol, everyone is different and you wouldn't want someone who can't tolerate it to keep taking high doses of Iodine b/c everyone is saying its only detox symptoms...Lugol's is definitely not for me...
