You know what, I have been taking 100mg to 150mg of Lugol's Iodine for a month (Have been taking 10 drops, on and off, daily for a year) and now, I substituted Barefoot Mineral Rich Natural Tree Iodine Syrup/PICA Minerals...Natural Iodine feels great and without all the side effects as dry skin, tiredness, bloating, pimples, dizziness....natural route probably takes a lot longer but it is safe...
In my opinion and experience, Lugol's is toxic to healthy people, maybe it works for people who have illnesses....I am fairly healthy, have parasites (everyone does) and feel like I have Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome but in reality I am just slightly tired from stress...I think taking Lugol's messed me up...don't start attacking me b/c I am no longer for Lugol's, this is just a personal observation...maybe there should be a Lugol's Iodine unbiased survey:
-age
-sex
-duration and dosage
-any illness
-side effects
-positive/negative outcome
-better or worse health after the protocol
