It really is a joke. The cdc doesn't even have blood tests for some parasites like flukes f buski and f heptica apparently and the stool tests aren't reliable. They make self treating the best option in plenty of cases and US doctors don't seem to have a clue. People eat meat, sald and fish all the time which can potentially have bugs in them.
