Well flukes can live in the liver, intestines, lungs,bladder or blood vessels around the liver and bladder area depending on what kind they are. They lay eggs that back up your organs and then place pressure or your organs like your spleen. If it's a liver fluke that could be what the spot is. I would just try to start treating them as soon as possible. If you are military maybe a military doctor would have experience with these parasites. You can go to the parasite med forum to ask about the prazi if you have questions.
