Yes I get it along with the crawling sensation and muscle spasms (more rare). Funny that when I'm on anti- parasite drugs this almost disappear. Muscle twitching is common for systemic infection as they invade the muscle tissue and by crawling in it they can produce such effects be it down to inflammation of the tissue/immune response/CNS signaling imbalance, etc. Could be also a number of things at once.
