Glad to hear your update Melly. You ARE right about the food in the US... much of it is devastating to the health of our nation. And, yes, it is a choice for all of us but it is also a learning process. For me, it took a parasite to open my eyes to what good nutrition really is. And our healing is also a learning process. You are making steps in the right direction... just keep going. I totally understand your frustration with everything. It is an uphill battle getting better. It shouldn't be so hard.
