IMAM is an anacronym I've been hearing a lot, but I haven't seen a 'splaination yet. ;)
I'm not having muscle spasms, but a /lot/ of dry skin, often achey joints, sometimes popping cartilage, and here and there, ringing ears.
Ferventerer: I've been focusing on only homemade foods. ;) I check the labels through and through, so actual salt intake is more or less limited to exactly what I put on the plate.
Trapper: OMG I can relate, there are times when a salt push tastes like sweet heaven!

AHA!
... Mrmh..
Ok. Just going to need the bionic hand prostetic for filling those capsules.
Good lord willing, that be soon. ;) Have gotten several green lights for it in making my application with the prostetic workshop here in DK.
The joint aches, etc, are quite likely linked to not having done a parasite cleanse.
Got a PM from a person who has cleansed, and who's elderly mother has done 2 parasite cleanses with Amalgams still in, looks like it should be doable for myself.
Thanks Trapper, Ferventer & genespleen, for the quick replies!
Have read in the comments in the above link that magnesium, taurate and inositol all increase the cellular uptake of potassium, and I have been using Mg Taurate for the past 3 months. A deficiency is likely, but detox..
LOL. Lets just say I hate doing without the Iodine. :)
