Only a lot of the people that have them have lyme disease.
Borrelia DOES morph into this form, and is multi cellular.

Lyme disease(Borrelia Burgdorferi) is not a bacteria.
Similar to a Nematode, as it is multi cellular and IMO, can grow into a small adult colony like I show.
These are still very small btw, but "macroscopic".
