Does she have Candida, parasites or other illness? I have Candida and I have the same symptoms. After doing coffee enemas
I get Cold Hands and Feet, its due to Die-off symptom. Your immune system more efficiently kills off Candida after doing a Coffee Enema...which overwhelms your body.

The first 2 months of coffee enemas I would get intense cold hands and feet, and would feel like I was going to pass-out.
But now after 3-4 months of doing them daily, I feel great, almost got rid of Candida doing these.
