Try it. While your body in theory makes enough taurine generally during infection such as parasites it might get depleted faster as the body can't keep up with the demand. Also anti- parasite meds sometimes can lower your white blood cells long term... You really need to be careful here... After all they keep you alive... Damage your liver with supps? Nah don't worry about it... It's rubbish unless you are a bodybuilder. Worry about parasites damaging your liver on the first place. What I do recommend is this... Avoid alcohol completely and maybe try short term fasting (16 hour max) with some gentle exercise... So your body detoxify/heal all your body from the damaged cells and waste by using autophagy, AMPK, etc. I won't go crazy on vitamin C... Give your body sometimes a break from it. Also do watch your Sugar intake... Not because parasites love it but because it can sometimes suppress the immune system... All here is just suggestions take it from it what you wish... I don't claim anything for sure... We all obsessed here with finding a cure from this evolutionary curse LOL!
