Hey, no problem, An, actually this isn't my area of expertise. About 6-8 months ago I did an herbal colon cleanse, but didn't combine any parasite herbs with it... I didn't know if I needed to and frankly, still don't!

With my Master-Cleanse in June I used a Black-Walnut hull/wormwood tincture for about 14 days (I think) and then quit cause I ran out of the stuff, plus Russ said you should do 7 days, then take a break, then 7 more (to kill the little hatchlings... YUCK). The only real reason I was going after the parasites (besides the fact that it grosses me out to think that I may be hosting little critters inside my body!) is that I was planning a Liver Flush and everything I read said you MUST do a parasite cleanse for that to be effective. Since I didn't ever get to do the Liver Flush after last MC, I decided to combine my next Master-Cleanse with another round of parasite tincture and then do a Liver Flush when the Master-Cleanse is done.

DISCLAIMER: Really, even though I've been reading about all this cleanse stuff for more than 3 years now, it's all pretty new to me. There is so much conflicting information out there (like dairy vs. soy) that sometimes I get really frustrated and wonder WHO to believe! Most of the time I trust my gut feeling (could kill me one day), so just be aware of that when I answer any of your questions. I'm not an expert by an stretch of the imagination!
