Like I said I did 10 flushes in one year... so I did them in between Humaworm, whenever I had time. Just the regular flush, no malic acid, did not drink any apple juice before flushing either. I drink kefir also and take milk thistle but will try and tackle my other issues now like Leaky gut and parasites so need to look into other protocols and supplements.
