They suggest do some juicing the first 2 days and light eating. Since you need bile for the flush it is better
to wait a few days so the bile can be built up after the
fast.

parasite cleansing you can do anytime but the liverflush
might be enough.

I don't know the other questions do a search on the Master-Cleanse forum. Just put in the search box oil pulling and see what they say.

In general the basic cleanses are liverflush, bowel cleanse, kidney cleanse, parasite cleanse (though I never needed it since I did many liverflushes).
There are forums for the cleanses. The same for oil pulling.
I have never done chelation etc.
