Do you have any clue what parasites you have? (I won't ask what makes you think you have parasites). Yeah I agree docs are badly educated but sometimes they tend to avoid situations when you are right as well since it will make them look foolish. Water? Yes easy. Many here medicate themselves including me. Zimerctrin Gold? That's a mix of ivermectin and praziquantel? Yeah somewhat effective against the wide range of parasites. Yes you need to do it several times not just once but it dep how bad the infection is/what type of parasite.
