The obvious problem is with the adrenal glands and this is based on the sodium/potassium disturbances. I would be looking at the reason for the adrenal problems which usually start with major stressors such as infection, toxins or other severe emotional stressors such as abuse. Low grade infections can enter the body and be stealth (not showing up in traditional blood screening) parasites can do this but so can other pathogens. Any signs of feeling sick, sweating etc?

Any exposure to severe chemical poisoning? Heavy metal exposure? Maybe at work?
