It looks like a result of the cleanse, the fiber is like a thick pizza dough blob when it comes out, shaped like that after sitting in the colon. I would imagine that it carried out with it some parasites within, and is helping you to push them out. I would get things like out when I took psyllium fiber and garlic, it always had worms within the long blob when I examined it.

You are doing good I think....the fact it passes says that your bowels are not locked up, which is what typically happens with parasites. Are you feeling better?
