Don't drink. No SSRI's either. I use minimal drugs really. Since the parasite thing haven't had an interest to even drink really.

I had an adrenal test and I think a cortisol test as well maybe with the endocronologist ans those were fine too. The adrenal test showed it was a little low in the morning but normal otherwise.

Also as I said I've pretty much seen parasites in the toilet. Orange things with tenticals in them back when I was taking anti parasite herbs. I'm not so confident about herbs now tho so trying to go more med route if anything.
