First of all many thanks for your response.
Today I talked with my GP about that first picture of a stool and she said that it was not something unsual and the white thing around the stool was actually a mucus and I shouldn't have been afraid about it.
In the other hand she said that second stool picture represented something more like food intolerance but she didn't know what eventually could cause it (I really suspected some parasites but she wasn't sure if these possible parasites could be really responsible for that bleeding and bruising).
I didn't have intestinal biopsy for celiac disease and to be honest haven't even consider something like this before (none of docs to which I was talking to have suggested such examination). Will have to read about it more and probably discuss it with my GP too.
The fever was actually a one time symptom - don't know what to think about it.
I also didn't have any examination for Gastroparesis. Although I'm getting from time to time a gastroesophageal reflux it's rather minor and usually connects with sweets eaten directly on empty stomach. I would be really surprised if the real problem lies here.
According to what you said your pain is arriving once you eat something. In contrast, mine stays all the time and even is little bit less disturbing after not very large meal.
Nevertheless, a pain like a childbirth doesn't sound great :/ I wish you good luck with it and stay well. Not sure if that could be considered as a tip but recently I've started using my blender for preparing some liquid meals like e.g. banana shake. The only issue is that it contains a lot of carbohydrates which I'm not sure I should consume but there is always an option to use some vegetables instead of sweet fruits. Maybe such "meals" could be an option also for you?
Haven't had any test against H. Pylori. I'm wondering that maybe a gastroscopy could be useful here. Don't know, but I have really a funny felling that the real issue stays in small bowel (or maybe H. Pylori can spread even there?).
Your story about bruise is interesting. Didn't know that you could have a bruise for such a long time (2 years!). The problem is that I didn't hit anything or fall off from anything - just normal casual run. And after that one-time bloody stool because of that accident the bruise was gone just after about 4 days.
Cheers!
