Hi, is Diatomaceous Earth considered safe for the most part? Is there a risk for scattering like with herbs or is it possible Diatomaceous Earth may simply cut up parasites in its way?

Do you think mixing some Diatomaceous Earth in food should be relatively safe?

I've heard breathing it in can be a problem but that eating for the most part if its quality product should be no problem.
