Last year's optometrist inspection showed that my growing cataracts had stopped growing and were disappearing.
What I noticed was that my colour vision had become much better.

What I did to cause this was the raw zero carbohydrate diet (of 1 part powdered grass-finished beef and 2 parts unsalted cultured butter) and the Iodine protocol.
