After some research, it looks like there are a few different options. Juil.com is expensive (over $100) and uses copper plugs of some sort to ground you. GetGroundedFootwear.com uses some sort of conductive material for the entire footbed and are moderately priced at around $50. Not sure what the material is made of. Pluggz.com has flip-flops for about $30 but their flats are expensive and their shoes have a carbon plug in the center of them. Not sure how comfortable they would be. Hope this helps.
