Hello there, I was wondering if anybody in here knew anything about 35% Hydrogen Peroxide Food Grade?

I bought some earlier today at a local health food store and I was instructed to dilute it before using it. I am looking to bathe with it as well as drink it. Is there anything I should take into precaution before doing it?

Does anybody know how to dilute it properly?
How do I drink it and when?


Anything will be of help. And please do not bother to comment if you're going to knock it -- I've heard enough controversy on it already but majority of the reviews I have heard have been more beneficial than harmful. I am looking to rid myself of parasites as well as to clear up Acne scars on my skin.
