No you are not the only one for sure.

Most here are sane, down to earth and very helpful.

You, however, do have another friend here who is also very off and is actively posting - "onehumanexperience". You will like her because she believes her parasites are demons and (most recently) vampires.

You and she should keep your communications private and stop driving others crazy.
