Yes high enemas with anti helminths substances certainly help to kill some parasites and decrease the load, but i would also ingest these substances so that it reaches the oesophagus, stomach, small intestine.
The cleanliness and good state of the small intestine is especially important because this is were the absorbtion of nutrients takes place.
