There is a reason that things are "conflicting" in the alternative medicine world. I won't go into it but basically if you have CONFIRMED that you have parasites then you would take ANTI PARASITIC MEDICATIONS that are proven to kill them.

Herbs do not kill parasites and as far as an "anti-parasitic" diet? I have no idea. Some here say that eating low carb/high protein will starve them out.

Personally, I cannot understand this because these things are survivors. While cutting down on Sugar may help it is no cure. The parasites will gladly eat your bacon and eggs and whatever else you give them. I wouldn't peg them as "picky eaters" personally. If some food comes down the chute that they don't like they will just run away from it.

Besides, the Atkins diet is great for humans and if it works the same way for parasites then it may not kill them but maybe it will make them slimmer and have more energy?

The moral to the story here is:

Get some proof that you have parasites before you go on a holistic rampage.
