No worries, we are all on the same boat here. I can imagine sleep being a major issue and I totally feel your pain.

Have you tried anything stronger like Miracle-Mineral-Supplement or the parasite drugs? Dr. Chieu in Vietnam can help if you are having trouble finding the drugs.

If you got a lot of parasites, don't bother with the herbal stuff or zapper because those will only scatter them.
