I don't know about how gluten affects anal fissures, but do know they are caused by parasites and PROBABLY your colon needs a good clean out. I recommend the Richard Schulze products and lots of patience. It's not normal to have colon problems and is the result of parasites, some kind of chemical poisoning or radiation. Hope my experience of coming back from colon cancer helps you.
