I toughed it out the best I could, reduced the humaworm and subsituted a weaker formula. Now I'm doing 1 of each before every meal 3x day. Also throwing in some garlic and sf722 just for good measure.

I don't know what I'm talking about with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , can't find the link I was referring to either, though I do think you are correct it was the new method of blowing air through a baby bottle and CD gas goes through another water bottle (from the bottom up) I guess the CD gas gets dissolved in the water and you drink that instead. This whole process and the fact that it is associated with some sort of "church" kind of turned me off. If I have to become a chemist in order to get better, I ain't gonna. And my family might mistake all that for a meth lab LOL. I can handle mixing a good Miracle-Mineral-Supplement product with citric acid , but that's about it.

Fantastic, that's what I like to hear, people getting better, bottom line.

Thanks for your support. I realize now it's time to buckle down for the long haul and explore the possibility of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
When you say years though, what is your recommended down time between intense herbal cleanses or is there one. For example Humaworm says at least 90 days between cleanses, but I'm not sure I know why? I assumed it was because your body just needs a break from it.
