Sounds like parasites to me. Don't bother with the herbal cleanse. Get the drugs like Abendazole, Praziquantel, etc to eliminate them. Otherwise you will take months to get better (or longer!)

Also do a Mold cleanse if you have not done that yet since it could be causing your fibro (Zeolite works well, comes in different formats).

Good luck! I had my parasites scatter as well and it was not fun.
