Hi,
I only did 10 days (finished about 10 days ago) and on Monday I am planning to go on another 10-14 days MC. I found out that my metabolism is much better too!!! And I always had problems with elimination and now it's been happening 2-3 times a day. I have lost 10 pounds and been keeping them off. I really don't feel like doing another fast but since I've decided to do a parasite cleanse and found out that many foods are forbidden on that, I might as well do another MC. Anyone out there starting Monday?
