I don't know of any practitioners that I could suggest considering your issues. I feel a lyme literate doctor would be your best bet. You are taking lots of anti-fungals but nothing for parasites and other co-infections. I never bothered much with anti-fungals as the candida will just go away once you are eating correctly and eliminating the larger parasites. I take a broadbased mix of herbs which takes care of all of my chronic infections.

I interviewed several practitioners regarding infections and none of them really knew what to do. That is why I work as a practitioner for myself, family and friends.

It won't be easy to transition to a traditional diet. This should be your priority imho.
